SERVICE AND REPAIRS:
Please e-mail us at [email protected], or [email protected] before sending in your motors for repair. Please include important information in your e-mail such as your Country of residence, the dealer you bought the motor from, the circumstances under which the motor failed, the propellor you were using, the number of cells etc.
Motors that need to come in for repairs should be sent preferably placed in a box, and in a padded bag. From our experience padded bags shipped via Airmail reaches us the fastest. Registered Airmail, although safer takes much longer to reach here.
In some cases, damaged motors can be fixed. Sometimes it’s easier for us to supply you a new replacement motor at a discounted rate of 42 USD.
